Restaurante Roof Burger

Terrible experience, they are supposed to have gluten-free food and only have gluten-free bread and hamburgers but the cheese (present in all hamburgers) was not gluten-free, they also communicate that there may be cross contamination, therefore they have absolutely nothing gluten-free.

We went on Saturday the 11th for dinner. About 4 girls attended to us. When ordering, we requested that a burger had to be with bread suitable for celiacs. Before bringing the order, they charged us the bill, which seemed very strange to us! And with tip included, that is, you have to pay in advance for a service that they do not yet provide. When they brought the menu, they did not bring bread for Celiac, the girl answered in a very bad way. I had to wait 15 more minutes while the others guiltily ate. After eating my hamburger, another waitress appears saying that I had to pay extra for the Celiac bread (which was never reported and it seemed like a joke to have to pay an extra for your mistake) I told the waitress to deduct it from the tip and he told me that he was going to send the manager to talk to me. We waited for him 20 minutes and he didn't show up. The treatment and the bad vibes they give him are pathetic.

I am a fan of these burgers, every time I go to Viña I stop by to eat. The burger is very delicious, a good size. The chips are loved and the portion is very good (for those who are not so good at eating, the portion without enlarging is ok). A plus is that they have gluten-free bread and beers, since I found out I declared them my favorite place. The sauce that they include in the combos is very delicious. The only thing that would improve would be the place itself, it is always very hot, and now in summer they did not have air conditioning.
