Rookies Sports Bar (St. Charles)

We have never been to this location so when we saw they had entertainment on their patio,we decided to go on a Saturday night . They have live entertainment almost everyday but Monday from 7-10pm. Band schedule is listed on their website. We arrived about 630pm and were seated immediately. We started with drinks first. Our server Mateusz was very nice but never told us their drink specials. My wife had a Mai Tai which was very good. For dinner I had to try their wings. A little pricey but solid in taste. I had their Spicey Honey Garlic and Sriracha Bourbon sauces. Both were sticky and fantastic. My wife had their Veggie Burger on a gluten free bun (1.00) extra and she loved it. Our server brought us our check before he asked if we wanted another drink..which we did..since we wanted to hear the band. Not sure why the rush when there were plenty of empty tables available. If you are looking for a family friendly sports bar with live entertainment, Rookies - with 7 locations - is definitely a place to check out.
