Delicious and super filling for completely plant based. Had to take some of my salad to go. Great GF options in salads and bowls. Only the bread for sandwiches has gluten.

Great grain bowls. Will have to try their smoothie bowls next :) If the owner is reading this, I briefly spoke with you about a gluten free bread manufacturer Deland Bakery. They do sell "wholesale", although they still may be expensive. There is also Schar, they are not technically vegan because there is honey in the bread, but it's one of the best tasting gluten free breads on the market (no egg/dairy). They're sold in most grocery stores, while Deland Bakery is something I've only found at Whole Foods and specialty stores (and Organic Garden Cafe in Beverly, MA). Just in case you guys want to eventually incorporate GF toasts :)
