Excellent staff and menu !!! Being a healthy eater is hard when your stuck in places that do not cater to your needs (gluten, dairy and soy free) and I believe in healthy eating !! Root to rise has amazing smoothies as well as nutritional snacks and salads !! Great staff super helpful and knowledgeable about the area !! My kids enjoyed the smoothies as well !! Definitely a great stop !!
