I went with some friends after we were at Spa Slow and I was pleasantly surprised. We had a tasting menu and everything was delicious. I have few photos precisely because I didn't remember to take them as I focused more on eating. The cauliflower, the gyozas, the pad thai, the makis... Everything was really good. The dessert too. A detail that I really liked is that one of us has celiac disease, so they offered her another dessert, but also very elaborate. In short, we had a great dinner, the place is very nice and the service was correct. Recommended.

Everything about this place is exceptional! As a vegan with celiac, it can be so difficult to find a meal this incredible and yet roots and rolls took me on a gastronomic journey of a lifetime. Literally one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Would absolutely recommend the epic menu desgustación which is an incredible value for the amount of food you get. If you’re veggie, gluten free, or just someone who appreciates incredible flavor, atmosphere, and service, come here!!
