We love coming here. Food is always excellent, no matter the season. I love how the menu changes for the seasons. Servers are so kind and knowledgeable about gluten free options. If it's warm, and they have outside seating, sometimes there's live music. It's a nice touch, but does make it hard to have a conversation.

Had the deviled egg flight which was good and included some interesting flavors but I would probably pass on it next time. The dinner food was very good and just fancy enough to show you the chief takes pride in their creations but not too fofo for this simple man. I got the Prime Rib and it was amazing and although I am not a fan of horseradish, the horseradish creams sauce they created was so good. I am ready to go back and get it again today. Wife has a gluten and cilantro allergy and they did an excellent job communicating this to the kitchen and adjusting as needed to ensure she was good. She absolutely loved her dish.

I wish my wife and I had a chance to dine here, but we didn't get past the hostess. We had a 7:00 reservation on 8-23-24 and my wife being gluten free was excited to try the menu. We arrived about 15 minutes early and was told our wait would be 15 to 20 minutes past our reservation time because the server assigned to us had too many tables, but we were the only ones waiting. We sat down, and not 5 minutes later another couple entered and was immediately seated with the same reservation time of 7:00. I asked the hostess why they were seated before us and she gave a well scripted excuse that they were assigned another server who was available. I wondered why she didn't ask another server. My wife and I do not look like the couple who was seated before us. We strongly believe they were seated before us because of their appearance. The two young hostesses clearly showed preferential treatment towards their own ethnicity and should be fired. Racism is alive and well in Lee's Summit. We were glad to take our business elsewhere. If you're a non traditional couple/family dine somewhere else.
