Friendly but very inefficient service with not well trained staff. You have to put in a lot of time and patience; we waited over 45 minutes for our order (brunch on Sunday). ATTENTION to all gluten intolerant people: Oat milk containing gluten is sold and declared as gluten-free (after we pointed this out to the employee, he said that they weren't sure internally and if the milk contained gluten, someone would then complain ). A no go!
