Ropewalk Bethany Beach

The food here is actually bad. Our dishes ranged from fine to bad. The mushroom and fish tacos were just ok. Although the addition of shredded cheddar on the fish taco was an interesting choice. The $28 shrimp and crab Mac and cheese was actually awful. It came out warm, not hot and had zero flavor. The pasta was mush and disintegrated the moment it went in your mouth. The kids cheese burger and fries were good. They say they’re gluten friendly but do not have a dedicated fryer and the staff didn’t seem too knowledgeable about what is and isn’t GF or what their safety protocols are for allergies. I would not recommend this place at all. For the money, there are much better places to eat. This feels like a tourist trap.
