Had high hopes for Rosa’s Thai in Glasgow, but unfortunately, it fell short. The service was slow and inattentive, despite the restaurant not being busy. The food itself was underwhelming—bland and lacking the bold flavors you’d expect from good Thai cuisine. The papaya salad, on the other hand, was overwhelmingly spicy to the point of being inedible. Also not many gluten free options. With so many great Thai restaurants in Glasgow, this one just doesn’t stand out. Wouldn’t rush back.
