Rosallie is a charming French bakery. The experience here is like be transported to the streets of Paris. When entering you can smell the freshly baked bread and pastries wafted through the air, enticing to indulge in a culinary journey.
The display case showcased an exquisite array of delicacies (as you can see in the images), from flaky croissants to decadent éclairs, danishes, each meticulously made with care.
The savory croissant is buttery with golden exterior giving way to layers of light, airy pastry with a perfect hint of sweetness. The chocolate one was rich chocolate encased in a delicate dough.
It is a cozy place. Even though it was busy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The parking is not so big, so make sure you go when it is not so busy during the weekends. Therefore, when it is busy you can expect your food to arrive around 30-45 minutes.
Probably not the best option for those who have to avoid gluten or sugar, but even so you have options, like their Egg Au Gratin or the salads. I definitely recommend for a breakfast or picking up a treat for an afternoon snack, this French bakery is a culinary gem in Orlando.
