Really tasty sausage and fries. Cute brewery setting. Really great gluten free options, including a 10/10 gf bun.

Vegan sausages. Beyond Hot Italian and Beyond Brat, both delicious. (They also have a Beyond burger). They allow you to switch up the sides and offer a great salad. You can also add hot peppers and sauerkraut. Get the gluten free bun or no bun for fully vegan. Rosumunde also generally has sour beers on tap.
