Rosati's Pizza Chicago

We ordered two pepperoni large pizzas, one calzone and one gluten free pizza for pick-up. We got there 5 mins early and waited. Workers were friendly. When order was completed, she checked the ticket handed us the food and we drove home. We're handing out food and notice the calzone is missing. Also, there's no pepperoni on the two pepperoni pizzas. I called the store and she immediately knew who it was. She asked if I wanted to come get the calzone and I declined. I didn't mention the missing pepperoni and just wanted the refund. She did refund on the calzone and apologized. At the end of the day, the food was good, but the service fell short.
