Rosati's Pizza

Only seating for 16 people inside. More seats outside. Wonderful pizza. Gluten free taste good also.

As someone who grew up in Chicago and was raised on Chicago pizza, I've struggled to find decent pizza in the Charlotte area since I moved here 15 years ago. My best go-to pizza was Home Run Inn frozen pizza which I could buy at Publix and Harris Teeter. Tonight, I ordered pizza for pick-up at Rosati's for the first time. Rosati's is a Chicago-based chain with about 69 locations nationwide. While most of their locations are in the Chicago area, they have stores as far away as Arizona, Minnesota and the Carolinas. The order for our family included a gluten free pizza, two thin crust pizzas and a deep dish pizza. I had high expectations for my Rosati's experience, and I have to say they were totally met. This is awesome pizza, and I hope this location is very successful. Much better than Papa John's, Domino's, Toppers or any of the national chains. If you've not tried Rosati's, you're missing out. The quality is exceptional. The franchise owner at this location has totally replicated the Rosati's experience in Waxhaw. Thank you for that! My only complaint is that the Rosati's website does not list the Waxhaw location. That is something that the franchisor needs to address ASAP. Whoever the franchisee is in Waxhaw, thank you for an incredible experience!
