I was very pleasantly surprised. Had a long time Chicago resident with us who said she always avoided these chains back home. She was very pleased with the gluten free option! Another in our party had the thick crust gluten free and he said it was one of the best he had tried. I had the regular thin crust and it was great! Cooked to perfection. Crispy but not overcooked, great toppings and sauce was very good. Will be going back!
