Rosie’s Ice Cream

Such a delicious find! The ice cream is incredible, and you can sample as many flavors as you’d like—which makes choosing both harder and more fun. Mollie was so kind and pleasant, making the experience even better. They have house-made waffle cones and gluten-free options. Bonus: they will soon have a liquor license, so there’s something for everyone. Can’t wait to come back!

By far the one of the best ice cream spots in Denver! Rosies had lots of flavors to choose from, and super friendly staff that let me try as many flavors as I wanted. This is in such a beautiful location, I was able to eat my ice cream and then go take a walk at Sloans Lake. I hope to go there again! Are there gluten-free cones? My cone was delicious, I was just wondering what all the options are. Excited to come back to my new favorite summer spot.
