I have to lie flat and say that I have not yet had any bad gluten-free food at the chain Rosticceria in Odense. They make the most delicious gluten-free pizza with a soft base. In my opinion, Rosticceria makes the best gluten-free pasta and gnocchi dishes in Odense. And yesterday I tasted their gluten-free sandwich. I can't taste the bread is gluten-free and their cold cuts from their deli department taste insanely good. It costs a small extra amount to have the dishes gluten-free, but it is worth it in my eyes.
