We are Italians from NY and have the unfortunate curse of being lactose and gluten intolerant 😞 Andrew (the owner) had a special penne aka vodka with sausage and mushroom califlower crust pizza made just for us to try out. It was beyond what we could ever imagine. Despite the alternative ingredients to meet our needs the feel, taste, and texture was classically delicious ✨✨✨ ✨✨
