The galettes and crepes were fantastic, particularly their amazing Creme Brûlée crepe, and their knowledge on coeliac-safe dining was even more so!
The waitress who served us was experienced and knowledgeable, making it clear that the place has served at least a few coeliacs. She addressed every single one of my concerns concerning cross-contamination in the kitchen: the separate work equipment and utensils, along with the processes they had in place to keep our meal coeliac safe!
As for variety, ALL their galettes are naturally gluten-free and most of their crepes can be made gluten-free, with the exception of 2 options, if memory serves.
I will most definitely be a repeat customer!
