Tonight, I had the pleasure of dining at the Rowan Tree and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The food was exceptional, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The waitstaff were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that every detail of my dining experience was perfect. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful suggestions with special offers available, making it easy to choose the perfect dishes. (Thursday steak night) One particular staff member, Claire, went above and beyond to make my evening special. Her friendly demeanour and genuine care were evident in every interaction. Being a coeliac, Claire was happy to accommodate my requests and made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, my experience at the Rowan Tree was exceptional. The combination of delicious food and impeccable service created a truly memorable evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.
