A huge shout out to Roxy’s Kitchen who came to my rescue and catered for a professional learning day for 50 staff, including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian morning tea and lunch. The homemade slices were to die for. People kept coming back for more! Lunch was so easy to set up as everything was thoroughly prepared. I could just join the staff and not worry about cooking etc. The quantity for both morning tea and lunch was spot on with many returning for seconds and few left overs. Truly amazing food, it came under budget and it was so easy to transport and prepare. Thank you Roxy’s Kitchen, we will be back!
