So much of the menu can be made gluten free, and it was all delicious! We had the crispy rice with salmon, the brussels sprouts, the crispy tofu, and the short rib k-bbq. The staff took great care to make sure they were acknowledging the food allergy when they brought out the dishes, so I felt very confident they were taking it seriously. It was also the best meal my gluten-eating partner ate all week, so the modifications weren't a detriment.
