Roy's Waikoloa Bar & Grill

Our family of four enjoyed a sunset meal at this wonderful restaurant. We made reservations on a Wednesday evening. The atmosphere was intentional with a nice mix of energy and sophistication. Our server, Braxton, provided thoughtful service being attentive to the gluten sensitivity. We chose the Mixed Grill, Blackened Ahi, Miso Butterfish and Opakapaka. The food was well prepared, plates visually appealing and portions were satisfying. The signature dishes held up to their fame. Pricing set the stage for a celebratory dinner. Certainly, would return when in the area again.

Very good meal. Butterfish was surprisingly underwhelming, recipe seemed to have changed, and is no longer available Gluten Free at this location due to new chef's decision. Other entrees were great. Cocktails and desert fantastic.
