Visiting from Sydney and decided to give it a try. Blown away by how authentic the flavors were (as someone who grew up in India) and we loved the food. When we got our starter the Royal Chicken and found out it wasn't gluten free (our mistake and my wife is Gluten intolerant) they were kind enough to take it back and replace it with the Tandoori chicken. Good crew. Place was packed for a Tuesday night so looks like they're doing a good job in Dubbo.
