Royal Pizza Brintnell

We are a celiac household and this place knocks it out of the park with their gluten free crust. Everyone is so kind, delivery guys are always so pleasant and kind. And the pizza is the DIE for. Thank you so much for all you do

We ordered a gluten free vegetarian pizza. It was the absolute worst pizza I have ever tasted. The bottom of the pizza was cooked like hard cardboard. It was so bad that it was impossible to cut the slice in half. The top of the pizza was soggy and not cooked. I called the restraunt to tell them about the pizza and was told that it always happens. They offered me a second pizza, but was also told the pizza would be exactly the same no matter what. I told the person on the phone that I had never had such bad pizza or service. I suggested they take it off the menu because they didn't want to put a piece of junk on the menu just to have something.
