I ordered a gluten-free burger for take away (waited over 45min with our little baby for this burger) , but got a normal burger. For me it’s absolut important to eat gluten-free (had the whole vacation big problems). After a few bites I noticed that this burger wasn’t gluten-free. Because of our little baby and the long waiting time, I couldn’t wait for a second burger. When I went to the staff, they told me, they are so sorry but couldn’t give me my money back, because they have no cash, but a I have to write an email with some details and they will transfer it to me. I did it, but no one answers my mails.
I paid for a burger that no one ate and had the whole trip to haarlem problems because of this not gluten-free burger. So sad!
Absolutely not recommended if you are allergic!
