Rubio's Coastal Grill

One of our favorite restaurants in AZ! We love Rubio's! Just did a curbside order last night and the food was delicious! The best batch we've had in a while. The guac was very fresh. My husband and I really enjoyed our meals. I'm so glad that Rubio's has street corn now. It's our new favorite side to order. I have a gluten intolerance and can't have any dairy, and the employees at this location seem to take food allergies very seriously. I just wish there was a place in the Rubio's app to make a note of my food intolerances when we order. I think it would be easier for the employees as well as the customers. I am not sure if the tomatillo salsa recipe has changed, but I have noticed it hasn't been quite the same last couple of months. It's still good but tastes different. Overall, our dinner was fantastic last night and we can't wait to get Rubio's again! Also, I'm so thankful they're still offering curbside pickup. :)
