I looove this Ruby's! The wait staff and really everyone is so welcoming, and they always remember me and ask how I'm doing. The food is the best American comfort food you'll find and it's very reasonably priced, with huge portions! I'm addicted to the dark chocolate chip shake, it's a problem :) They also have gluten free hamburger buns and English muffins which is the reason I first became a customer, and now I'm definitely a regular!

My experience was alright. We went there for the free shake. Also, their gluten free bun is actually soft and not crumbly with my RubyMelt.
