We love Ruby Ks, locally owned, great service, delicious bagels, smoothies, soups, and sandwiches! The accommodate Gluten free diners too!

Ruby K's has really been struggling with staffing like many businesses are lately, but they have been rocking it as best as they can with all of these challenges! I have Celiac's and I really appreciate being able to order a gluten free bagel sandwich here and feel confident that I won't get sick. They have bad days just like anyone does, but that is one thing I can always count on them getting right. I can't tell you how much that means to me. I've been there twice in the last week and my order was totally on point both times. My husband eats their regular (gluten-full) bagels and he loves everything he's ordered as well. Thank you so much, Ruby and staff, for being one of our favorite local places to eat!
