Ruby Tuesday

I recently visited Ruby Tuesday and had a mixed experience. The food was good overall, and I appreciated that they offer gluten-free options, which is always a plus. However, the wait time after being seated was over an hour, which really impacted the overall experience and especially since the restaurant was not busy. I ordered a steak medium rare, but it came out well done, which was disappointing. Despite the long wait, the staff was polite, and the rest of the meal was decent. With faster service and more attention to how food is cooked, it could have been a much better visit but oh well. Supposedly the manager said they were training new people so that might have accounted towards the slowness. Either way I was disappointed
