Ruby Tuesday

Haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in a while despite having one in my hometown. The waitress was beyond helpful and very nice. Having dinner with a friend that has a severe gluten allergy and the waitress was super nice to inform her of what she knew did and didn't have gluten. Service was quick and the food was delicious! Will visit again!

Went here on a whim today, was very surprised to see gluten free buns on the menu. I am gluten intolerant and was having to ask questions about food prep, usually I get eye rolls and the old "we can't guarantee anything" line, but our waitress was so sweet about it and understood my needs, she even informed the kitchen, who then came out to let me know about some possible cross contamination issues. My steak was cooked perfectly and everything was more than expected from a chain restaurant. I asked to talk to the manager to compliment the service and he was also very wonderful. I don't tend to enjoy chain restaurants but my experience tonight changed my mind.
