It did take a little longer but they are short staffed like everywhere. The staff was wonderful and the food delicious. My mother has a gluten allergy and they honored it! She made sure we had a wonderful time. Her name was Shay. And all the servers we can in contact with that day were sweet. Thank you!

I love this Ruby Tuesday on Madison St. It's very well kept up and clean. The servers are great. In particular I've had the pleasure to be served by Maddie B. on several occasions. I have Celiac's Disease and Maddie is very helpful with what's gluten free and what is not. She goes out of her way to ensure my food is prepared as safely as possible. I know there's always risk of cross-contamination in all restaurants, and that's the chance I take if I eat out. But so far I've not had any problems with CC at this Ruby Tuesday. Maddie always greets her customers with a cheerful smile and a super-warm welcome. She's very professional and I hope her Manager sees this review! :)
