We needed a delicious custom gluten free cake for our small wedding and Rudy's delivered and then some. We were able to do a cake tasting with red velvet, vanilla and rainbow cake along with different buttercreams, fruit fillings and cannoli cream. We ended up with a red velvet cake with strawberry and cannoli cream filling and vanilla buttercream. Not only did most of the guests not realize it was GF but they all thouyght it was absolutely delicious! The owners were so nice throughout the process and make sure the cake and the design was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend and would order again!

Great brownie and birthday cake options for those who need gluten-free options. It would be even better if they offered a gluten-free cinnamon roll as well.
