Rudy's Redeye Grill

Last Sunday we had a terrible experience here. A member of our lunch party ordered a burger on a gluten free bun...after waiting 82 minutes for the burger it came on a regular bun. They didn't say anything until it was half eaten. We spend 2 hours here for lunch because the food came out one plate at a time. We will not be going back. Horrible service and condescending arrogant staff. So slow.

We had our wedding there in October. April and her team are absolutely amazing! Very responsive to any and all needs (before and after wedding day), food tasting and banquet food was top notch! We showed up to hotel unannounced to just look around and the owner came out, gave us a hug and showed us around. Very down to earth people. Continental breakfast was also a great plus with eggs, bacon and or sausage, waffles, gluten free bread, yogurt and oatmeal bar, everything was great! Thank you Rudy’s and Best Western for such a memorable wedding reception and stay.
