We stay at the Hyatt Aruba frequently and absolutely love Ruinas Del Mar. My wife is gluten free and they take great care to make sure she has no issues. Wonderful service to go with great food.

The devil incarnate! Some of you may think that I am exaggerating or making a big deal out of nothing but you do not understand true anger and disgust until you have tried the gluten free pasta here at Ruinas Del Mar. I believe it is an equivalent to putting Satans spawn in your mouth and being forced to swallow. Never in my life have I thought about becoming bullemic until this food has entered my palate. The bread was good.
