I was gifted a gluten free key lime pie once by Rumbly in my Tumbly. Now, being a gluten free person means desert usually sucks. With super low expectations in mine, I took a bite. The ground shaked….the earth quaked….what was this magic in my mouth? Gluten free….deliciousness? As I waited for the gluten pains to arrive, because let’s me honest, gluten free tastes like cardboard…I was pleasantly surprised that my bowels were….HAPPY! It MUST BE GLUTEN FREE AND DELICIOUS! What is this sorcery? Don’t tell me. I don’t care. I’ll pay whatever this baker wants to be floated to gluten free dessert heaven again !!!
