A cozy and humble space with kind staff, plenty of natural light, fresh food, and a variety of direct trade coffees and teas (sourced from Vietnam and roasted locally!). Menu items are very reasonably priced (~$2.50 - $10). There are vegan and gluten-free options. I thoroughly enjoyed the vegan banana bread pudding, as well as the purple sweet potato latté with coconut milk. The lemongrass chicken was delicious and there was a nice twist to the Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk (not pictured)- made with long-shot espresso instead of the traditional drip. This has easily become one of my favourite spots in the city for quality light café fare and friendly ambiance.
