Rustler’s Rooste

We went last night and had the worst experience! We were having a girls night and they brought out salad and bread and I said thank you but we can’t have bread and croutons… Kendall looks at us confused takes it and walks away. Brings back soggy salad that’s been sitting in the dressing for hours. She then takes our order and doesn’t come back for 20 min and ask “do you need anything else” we didn’t even have our entrees. The food was bland and over cooked. I asked for no carrots and gotcarrots, the rice on my friends was over cooked and she also gave us baked bean and said these aren’t gluten free but left the beans anyways. Why would you leave something we can’t have after we had told her. She would pass by and not look at us.

Outstanding service. Went above and beyond accommodating gluten free. Also the steak was superb. Recommend the aged tenderloin.
