We showed up shortly after they opened, at 4:10 PM on a Monday. Since we didn't have a reservation, we were told we had to eat in the bar, even though it was obvious that the nicer dining area was wide open. The bar area was over-airconditioned, music was too loud, and the floor was sticky. Service was slow, and when we inquired about gluten free options, the waitress clearly didn't know what that meant. They brought my husband's chopped salad with french fried onion rings, so had to be sent back. They had forgotten my salad entirely. We waited a good 25 minutes for our salads, which were very good. We waited for quite a bit longer after our salads for the main entree and side dish. While both of our steaks were tender, they were overdone and dry, and the prawns on my steaks were a undercooked. The waitress never asked how our food was. While we had dressed up a bit in anticipation of a nice dinner out, we sat in the bar with no view, watching other patrons (in shorts and jeans) be seated in the dining room. A very unsatisfying experience for our first (and only) time to a Ruth's Chris Steak House. Clearly not worth $200+.

Came with a party of 6 and had a good meal. Not excellent. For the name and reputation, I guess I just expected more. The waiter checked on us often. Food was all good but will not be my favorite or best steak, and sides I have had. The gluten free menu is ample for decent meal, but less options than I was hoping to have. They did have a tempting gluten free flourless cake dessert option, but I didn't try it. I tried the scallops and filet special and the scallops were the tastiest part with good flavor. Mashed potatoes and mushrooms were nothing special. Brussel sprouts were ok because they were in a super fatty grease bath. The guys had fun trying to eat at the Tomahawk.
