My wife and I just celebrated my 76th birthday at Ruth's Chris Steak House. We were treated like royalty by Derek, our server. My wife was recently placed on a gluten free diet and Derek went out of his way to find just the eight options for her. He listened to what we liked and helped us to find the perfect menu for this occasion, deftly making substitutions or enhancements to our order. We always enjoy Ruth's but Derek elevated the entire experience.
