My wife and I took our Son and Fiancé for a engagement celebration. First let me say that the food served was tremendous. The issue arose when we were entered we should have been told that the wine selection was nearly non-existent, that they were out of bread, and that the waiter would only check in from time to time, and they were not busy at all in the dining room. We asked twice for a gluten free menu as my son has Celiac and finally were provide one. At 2 specific times, we had to remind the waiter that specific items were not delivered with the rest of the food and received a response of “oh, they never brought that out”. And to cap it off, the waiter brought out a small piece of cheesecake (and we were grateful that us was comped), however he knew that my son could not eat it and we waited another 10 minutes for a substitute. We’ve visited RC a number to times but felt a $550 evening would have been better and not up to their normal standards.
