Ruth's Chris Steak House

The service was impeccable, as always. The food was delightful, and my husband and I had a wonderful meal. As someone with Celiac, I’m unable to articulate how precious it is to be served food without an ounce of worry, hence the rave review. They have a dedicated gluten-free menu and substitutions at the ready, all handled by talented staff who are prepared on all fronts. Thank you, Ruth’s Chris!

Disappointed, my wife has to eat gluten free due to having celiac disease. The options at Ruth’s Chris continue to be fewer and fewer. We also had to ask for everything including removing our menus and salad plates. We are a member of Ruth’s Chris Regulars, as we have dined regularly at Ruth’s. With so many better options in Northwest Arkansas, it will be a while before we go back to Ruth’s. We also ordered our salads first and then had to flag down our server to order our main course. We split the filet and added 4 shrimp, our server told us he would bring an extra 500 degree plate, the meal came out, and you guessed it, no extra plates!
