Ruthis - Café & Bistro

Lovely little cafe with the nice feature that everything is served completely gluten-free. First there was a burger (1x chicken and 1x normal beef) with potato wedges and homemade mayo. We also had the chickpea curry with sweet potatoes. Afterwards we each took a piece of different cake to take home with us. My wife has never eaten crumb cake anywhere else and was absolutely thrilled. The chocolate and nut cake were also great. The next day we tried the homemade waffles. Great taste here too, as a non-Zölli person I tasted almost no difference in the waffles and cakes compared to dishes that contain gluten. The service was great on both days. Definitely a recommendation if you are in Düsseldorf.

What a great gluten free restaurant!!! Very tasty food - we ate burgers. Great meat, very tasty burger buns and sauce. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. If you have gluten intolerance you can have a relaxed meal here. We'll definitely be back!!!

We went to Ruhtis for brunch today and it left nothing to be desired. There was a nice buffet with a lot of choice and freshly prepared dishes that were always replenished. You could also order a quiche, a curry and a waffle. The gluten-free dishes were consistently delicious and you can tell that a lot of heart goes into the work here. Although there was a lot going on and many came without reservations, no one was turned away and the food was sufficient and everyone was always friendly. We'd love to come back! A dream for anyone with celiac disease
