100% Gluten Free and delicious, highly recommend to all!!! Awesome to have Croatian Gluten Free food so we could try what is local, as it is very hard to find. Places like this makes GF travel so much easier, I wish more Croatian towns had this. We found Dubrovnik very hard with lack of GF. SALT if you ever want to expand to other towns, I'd suggest that's a good place to do so. Would be nice to have some air conditioning on days when it is 35 degrees plus, with no wind outside as it's very hot for those not used to the heat. The shaded outside area is nice when there is wind, though.
