SALVEI vegan concept

The food was great! Everything is vegan and they have several gluten-free options. I was also told that some items like the pad thai can be made gluten-free upon request. It’s a bit on the pricier side but the food was really good. Would recommend :)

You can relax on the cozy terrace with shade and a refreshing breeze, or come inside for a charming ambiance with A/C. Plus, it’s pet-friendly! The menu is wide and full of creative dishes, offering both local and classic meals for all tastes. Salvei is transparent about its ingredients, giving customers a clear understanding of what’s in each dish. There are plenty of gluten-free and sugar-free options too. My personal favorites are the Rainbow Roll, Tartare Caribe, and the Falafel from the specials. They also have great cocktails, vegan cakes, and beautifully presented dishes. I highly recommend taking this vegan journey with the trustworthy hands of chef and owner Kairi, who is passionate about her cuisine—authentic and delicious!
