The pizza was great – wonderfully baked dough and perfectly seasoned. We also really appreciate the gluten-free option, that is really appreciated! We waited a little longer for our food, but the waiter apologized, which we appreciated. Overall, she seemed a little confused, but she was nice. Some of the dishes seemed a little more expensive than in other establishments with similar quality pizza, but we still enjoyed the evening. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend it – especially if you want to soak up the pleasant evening atmosphere. We just recommend making a reservation in advance, otherwise you may have to wait up to 40 minutes for a seat.

We went to eat pizza at this restaurant tonight. We had a great time, my pizza was gluten-free and lactose-free and it was delicious, well cooked and not burnt, accompanied by a local beer that was also gluten-free. I will definitely go back before returning from vacation.

When we booked asking if they also made gluten-free pizza, they told us that they are the main reference for celiacs in south-eastern Sardinia. Our expectations were therefore high but the gluten-free Margherita pizza was a real disappointment. As per the attached photos, both the edges and the mozzarella were burnt and when we asked to remake the pizza we were told that a lower cooking would have left the pizza raw and, therefore, the pizza was not remade. Result: the mozzarella and the edges were not eaten and the central part was still raw and was only partially eaten. We are sorry but we believe that for gluten-free pizza they cannot be a reference for south-eastern Sardinia and there is still a lot of work to do to improve the final result.
