Possibility of GLUTEN-FREE pizza dough!!
So few pizzerias offer a gluten-free alternative, I thank them very much!!
The gluten-free dough is excellent (my friends tasted my pizza out of curiosity and certainly noted a difference in taste with the classic dough but appreciated it).
Being lactose intolerant I also asked to remove the cheese from the Regina pizza.
