We love Saori’s Japanese curry mix. It is the only Japanese curry we eat because it is vegan, gluten free and no MSG. It is also quick and easy to make.

I discovered Saori at a local market a year ago and as a passionate cook and a Father of a lovely girl who suffers from thyroid issues (Hashimoto's) and has a taste for great cooking, I was pleasantly surprised at the range of sauces available that could meet our challenging dietary requirements.
I would easily use Saori sauces several times a week either with our gluten free noodles or just to compliment yummy dumplings and with the different offerings we don't get bored with flavour.
I've recommended our local health store stock Saori in case I run out in a hurry but have taken to purchasing in bulk during the covid lockdowns
