SAU Bake

I just found this wonderful bakery today. I am gluten, sensitive and many of his products are gluten-free. I brought home this delicious piece of cake and I can’t wait to eat the other half. I almost forgot to stop so I could take a picture. I highly recommend it whether you eat gluten or not. Congratulations on your lovely creations. I’m looking forward to the Keylime pie and lemon meringue pie both gluten-free.

I have so many great things to say about SAU Bake. They have some of the best desserts I’ve eaten (including non-vegan alternatives). Matheus was super sweet and accommodating, and great at describing the desserts and helping me choose some. I first tried their carrot cake and brigadeiro and was hooked from the first bite. The brigadeiro was so rich and flavourful. I then walked right back and bought even more. After coming back a couple weeks later, I bought only items I hadn’t yet tried. I can now say with confidence that everything at SAU Bake is well-made and delicious. Here’s what I’ve tried and my thoughts: - Carrot cake and brigadeiro. One of the best desserts I have ever had. - Hunny cake. Very rich chocolate, great taste and texture for the inside flavours. - Key lime pie (gluten free). A lovely lime dessert if you want something tasty with a little lime tingle in your mouth. - Passion fruit cake and brigadeiro. Amazing like the carrot cake variant, but a softer taste that I quite enjoyed. - Jar cake. Incredible brigadeiro flavours and nice and creamy. - Banana bread. The highlight is once again the brigadeiro on top. That brigadeiro is magical.
