SILK - Pan-Asian Fusion and Izakaya, Split

Really good restaurant, I’m gluten free and there is lots of choice on the menu, staff are very helpful and food is great! We came twice as it was safe as a coeliac and loved the food.

In short: a lack of professionalism of the waiters. Less adaptation to dietary needs/sensitivities. Long: I really like wok,where all the ingredients are stir-fried together. I need the dish without gluten, and it was not possible to change it to rice noodles. There was no explanation from the waitress what's the difference was , after all, the Pad Thai(which is gluten-free) and the wok dish are the with the same ingredients, only separated. I didn't give up after I didn't get a complete answer and I asked for the gluten-free Kimchi.After a long time waiting for an answer regarding the Kimchi I advised her to just check with the person in charge and after more than 20 minutes of waiting in total, they made the order. I strongly recommend to state what vegetables are there, and not just in some of the dishes.. By the way, I asked the Kimchi without the cabbage (sensitivity), and I received it with ..Really hope they made it gluten free

amazing food at a reasonable price for a bigger city. Many gluten free and veggie options, the pad thai is the best thing I’ve ever eaten
