For me, the best city center canteen because it combines flavors, traceability and commitment (short circuits & a good number of products are organic) and balance. In these troubled times the menu changes every week - the dishes are always tasty and exotic. As a vegetarian and gluten-free, I always find something to satisfy my hunger and my sweet tooth. The pastries already have their reputation.
It's a real café, where you can chat, talk about the spirit of the times and exchange jokes. And the sound is still good.
